Having Problems?

- If you have a pop up blocker running, you may need to disable it.

- If you see a yellow bar at the top of the page, right click and choose "Allow Blocked Content"

- You may have an internet filter such as CyberSitter that has the option to block pop up windows. Disable that function and try again.

- If the panoramic images will not load, make sure that your browser is set to run Java. You can do this by looking at the Internet Options, Advanced section (under the View menu in Internet Explorer) or the Preferences, Advanced section (under the Edit menu in Netscape) to ensure that both Java and Java Script have been enabled.

- Using the latest browser versions will often eliminate problems.

Still Having Problems?

Your computer will need Java installed. Most computers already have a version of Java installed.

If you are unable to view this tour because Java is not installed, please install the latest version of Java located on the Internet: Sun Java. For dial up users this is a large file that will take a long time to download. As an alternative you may install Microsoft Virtual Java Machine which is located on this CD (if you were given a CD - if not, you may still click on the link to install).

To do so, click here or double click the file on the CD (if you were given a CD) called "msjavx86.exe" This will install an application created by Microsoft called Microsoft Virtual Java Machine. Because of a legal battle with Sun Java, Microsoft stopped shipping this program with their latest operating system but is still available for free.

Microsoft Virtual Java Machine is safe to install, however, the Realty company that gave you this CD, and Full Circle Vision, the company that created this CD, and it's owners are not responsible for any damages caused to the computer by the installation of this program.
